Badges/ Newsletters:

All our instructors are qualified by the Amateur Swimming Association (ASA) and we Adhere to their National teaching plan.

Children are always grouped with respect to their ability and assessment takes place once every term. Every child is presented with a ASA Certificate and sew on embroidered badge.

Our Instructors are on hand at all times to discuss a child's progress or if a parent or child is unclear about anything. Periodically Jellyfish Swim School will publish a newsletter to inform parents of any changes, news or special awards that may occur. Parental consent will always be sort should an article be published in the press or for use outside the Swim School circulation.

Insurance:

Jellyfish Swim School has a fully comprehensive and up to date insurance policy which is endorsed by the Amateur Swimming Association (ASA) and provided by the Institute of Swimming Teachers and Coaches (IoS). This covers civil liability, employer's liability and personal accident.

Child Protection:

As some physical contact with your child is unavoidable all staff adhere to ASA Child Protection Procedures. All Instructors are checked and cleared by the Criminal Records Bureau.

Code of Conduct

We request that all members of the Jellyfish Swim School respect the high standards set by LA Fitness and adhere to the Jellyfish Code of Practice. Parents must be aware of pool safety and procedures at all times. Staff are always on hand if there are any questions and in the event of an emergency.
